The purpose of Heritage Quiz is that, every student should be made aware of our rich heritage. One of the major initiatives taken by CBSE is to prompt, inspire, ignite and encourage the future generation. With this view CBSE conducts HERITAGE QUIZ  every year.  Every Indian should take pride in our legacy and learn to safeguard it.

   HERITAGE QUIZ IDENTIFY THE ACTRESS

CBSE HERITAGE QUIZ: PHASE I

i) Phase I of Heritage Quiz will comprise of an online test which will have MCQ’s. (Multiple Choice Questions).

ii) The test is usually in the month of October.

iii) You will receive the link for online test on your registered e-mail ID.

iii) The duration of the test is 50 minutes.

iv) you need to answer 60 MCQ’s.

v)  a window will be open on the day  of test by all registered schools.

Vi) Students have to appear the test in their school’s computer lab.

vii) As soon as the test is over, the team gets the feedback about correct answers, wrong answers and time taken.

viii) Merit list will be prepared region wise.

ix) Top most teams from 16 regions will qualify to participate in the semi-finals.

x) Semi finals will be in the month of November.

CBSE HERITAGE QUIZ: PHASE II

i) Second phase is the semi-final of the Heritage Quiz at the National level.

ii) 16 teams (schools) will participate in this quiz.

iii) The program will telecast live on the National news channels.

iv) 16 schools will be further divided into 4 groups.

v) From every group one team (school) will qualify for the final round.

vi) Semi-finals and Finals will be at New Delhi.

vii) All participants receive certificates from the board.

viii) Winners receive cash prize along with the certificates.
